It is technically still a Windows 7 theme. It's just not a visual style, it's just a theme done from within the OS itself

I could make hundreds of those each day. Find a wall from the web, recolor my theme, save, post. As Paftt said...what's the point? It's not artwork, it's not even an effort.

True, and this isn't a visual style. It's just a theme. After my opinion, if it belongs on dA, it should be in the Misc section under Windows 7 Utilities

Yeah, there is a misc category for Win7. Everybody should put their "themes" in there. I don't know why he wouldn't put it in the correct category. There are many other people who just don't get it. ...and to top if off, he didn't make the wallpaper. Now that's not art...it is being lazy.
